Timothy Oulton hosted An Evening of Style, immersing 100 guests in an evening replete with stylish interiors, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Penhaligon’s, and other boutique names came together under one roof at Bluebird on the King’s Road, the site of Timothy Oulton’s flagship interiors showroom in central London, to share their latest offerings and celebrate the more stylish side of life.

Having hosted some mighty memorable Gentleman’s Evenings in the past, Timothy Oulton turned its attention to create a special occasion for the ladies this time, and both ladies and gents together turned out for the occasion.

With fellow style-makers from heritage brands to new entrepreneurs, there were memorable stories and experiences to be discovered, each one set within a distinctive Timothy Oulton styled scene.

Within its Coastal themed corner, Tancream – founded by Gillian and Katy after Gillian’s skin cancer diagnosis 4 years ago – featured the world’s first premium SPF50 self-tan. Sophia Webster’s incredible footwear creations – including her signature Chiara shoe embroidered with butterfly wings on the back – were showcased on Timothy Oulton’s grand Georgian Architectural dining table.

The team from Charlotte Tilbury – surrounded by pieces from the Beat Generation range – delivered makeover advice, alongside guest hairstylist Hakan Köse who was making locks luscious again in the Noble Souls gallery as guests sank into linen-swathed feather-filled Noble Souls sofas to enjoy vodka tasting by Belvedere.

Personal stylist Manisha Sabharwal was transforming ladies on the spot from her carefully curated clothes rail by the Newport sofa, as the scent of style filled the air from Penhaligon’s, who showcased their iconic fragrances next to a vintage Goyard trunk collection from Rare by Oulton.

Perfectly balancing classic and contemporary glamour, the Metro section offered a sophisticated backdrop for jewellery designer Kiki McDonough, whose designs feature in the Victoria and Albert Museum, and nearby in the Age of Elegance section, there were chic gowns and scarves from ‘true-luxe’ label L Saha.

All the while, Timothy Oulton’s brand ambassadors conjured 3D virtual room plans that helped guests visualise Timothy Oulton pieces in their homes, a free service available in the store.

It was a heady and splendid mix, with sensorial wonderment giving way to feelings of relaxation and contentedness, as guests settled in and made themselves truly at home in the stylish atmosphere.
