across the Middle East. Each glass lantern is hand blown using
time-honoured techniques, suspended from the metal rings by simple
chains. Taking its name from the Arabic for 'light' or 'divine
light', Noor is a celebration of Middle Eastern culture and
history.

ONE CHANDELIER TAKES 180 HOURS TO CRAFT
A work of functional art, the large Noor 3-ring pendant takes our craftsmen 180 hours to create. Each individual glass lantern is blown by hand, taking over 10 hours. The skilled art of glassblowing is an ancient craft, and is believed to have originated in the 1st century BC.
