The Bridge collection blends the shape of a classic English
refectory table with inspiration from world-famous suspension
bridges, echoed in the architectural lines of the frame trusses.
Fashioned from century-old reclaimed oak and handcrafted using
mortise and tenon joinery, a time-honoured woodworking technique
that dates back thousands of years. The simple, geometric
silhouette highlights the timber's beautiful grain pattern and
characterful knots and cracks from its past life.

Reclaimed Oak
Our solid reclaimed oak repurposes all the different structural
parts of the original building - from beams to floorboards to
trusses. Its provenance is lovingly preserved in the dowels, holes,
nail heads, cracks, and splits present in the wood - which all
speak of its storied past. Small cracks and fissures will continue
to appear over time, a hallmark of reclaimed timber that further
adds to its character.
