Inspired by the heritage of equestrian pursuit, the Saddle chair
evokes the spirit of freedom and the harnessing of power that a
saddle represents. The Saddle's unique shape evokes adventure,
speed and sporting elegance of polo, racing and hunting. Complete
with actual stirrups on each side, the Saddle chair is designed
with a fiberglass frame to create the sleek dynamic shape.
Upholstered in Buck'dN Brok'n leather, an extreme, distressed
finish characterised by its distinctive, aged appearance. Crafted
by the most skilled of artisans, using richly textured hand
finished leathers that feature scores, scratches, worn and
burnished surfaces, all of which hint at a storied past. Craftsmen
blend this cracked and damaged look with the leather's natural
softness to create a totally unique, luxurious experience.
Using materials inspired by a traditional horse's saddle, the
Saddle chair is meticulously made by hand over many hours. A
tribute to the sporting elegance of pursuits such as polo,
dressage, and racing, mixed in with a hint of the Wild West.
