Time to Get Cosy

– 11 Jan. 2017 –

January may be cold, dark and grey outside but it’s the perfect time to add some drama to your home with deep, intensely coloured velvets and the oh-so-soft plushness of sheepskin. Our sumptuous selection of “touch me” chairs and sofas channel relaxed sophistication for a cosy and downright sizzling interior this winter.

Voluptuous Velvet

With a silky touch and rich colour, our velvet collection is a modern renaissance of this classic, opulent fabric. Lavishly soft against the skin, Siren velvet has a glamorous sheen and comes in a sultry Dusk or red-blooded Rose.

Featured on the Serpentine sofa; a fully buttoned-up Chesterfield-style design with elegant contours and classic hand-tufting. A snaking curve at the front lends the Serpentine a softer, more feminine silhouette.

Sumptuous Moleskin

With a luscious velvety texture reminiscent of more opulent times, the soft nap of moleskin feels soothingly tactile against your skin. Our rich Vintage Moleskin Navy is featured on the Pincushion sofa, a contemporary hand-tufted design inspired by 1930s pincushion sofas.  Navy blue is always classic and luxurious, adopting its name from the dark blue uniforms worn by officers in the British Royal Navy since 1748.

The Perfect, Plushest Sheepskin

Sheepskin is a timeless style staple, exciting the nervous system with its lush, deep pile. Our Yeti finish uses premium long-haired sheepskin hides from New Zealand, carefully selected for their shaggy look and soft hand-feel.

Featured on the Cave chair, a glamorous little cocktail chair for nights in with friends. The underside is finished in Destroyed Raw leather, distressed by hand for a worn look and feel, while the frame is crafted in brass for a glamorous touch.

Yeti also features on the generously proportioned Cabana chair, inspired by relaxed outdoor lounging. The sheepskin-clad seat and back are offset by rustic weathered oak legs for a rugged look that plays to all the senses, adding tempting texture and warmth to any space.
