Take a spin around the Timothy Oulton Lounge at supercar haven, NVN London. Having launched recently in the UK after taking the UAE by storm with their renowned Dubai studio, NVN attracts the owners of the very finest of cars who are looking for premium protection detailing from the finest of craftsmen. NVN wanted a lounge that not only offered clients somewhere cool and sophisticated to hang out while their car was attended to, but also somewhere suave and stylish to host their regular events which include Car Club meets with FOC (Ferrari Owners’ Club) and SOC (Supercar Owners Circle). Cue some high octane style from Timothy Oulton.

Co-founder of NVN’s London studio is British supercar blogger and influencer James Walker aka MrJWW, who has been a longtime fan of Timothy Oulton’s designs. When James toured our flagship at Bluebird in search of the perfect furniture for his new venture, he fell in love with the epic Aviator Valkyrie desk which now sits pride of place in the NVN lounge alongside four Aviator Tomcat chairs, modelled on the F14 ejector seats and wrapped in the aerodynamic curves of our riveted Spitfire finish.

The lounge, which was styled by the Timothy Oulton team, also features the limited edition Westminster Button sofa in Ronin Indigo, a modern Chesterfield sofa swathed in 100% natural indigo-dyed leather, finished with hand-applied silver studs. The sofa, which is exclusively available at our Bluebird gallery, offers a comfortable and inviting pit stop for guests in the captivating surrounds of the lounge.

NVN shares Timothy Oulton’s passion for hosting and see their locations as a hub for car enthusiasts rather than simply a workshop, just as Timothy Oulton’s galleries are somewhere for customers to come and have a unique experience. The two brands are linked by a devotion to detail and traditional handcraftsmanship, with NVN’s skilled craftsmen applying paint protection, detailing and window tinting by hand, in the same vein as Timothy Oulton’s artisans who spend countless hours hand-finishing every piece.

Other highlights of the lounge include the Junk Art coffee table, made using the reclaimed propeller of a fishing boat, and the Aviator Blackhawk side table in Spitfire, while tufted Lord Digsby footstools add extra seating, swathed in rich black leather. The cosy lounge feel is made even more atmospheric with Rod and Crystal floor lamps, and OdeonNight Rod and Crystal chandeliers. The Scorched dining table in charred timber is a great place to congregate for both events and meetings, accompanied by Kimono and Mimi dining chairs, with a rectangular Odeon chandelier glowing overhead. Joker barstools sit by the Hudson bar, cloaked in a patchwork of Fury leather. Adding a playful touch, Cards and Hustle wall art bring a sense of fun, alongside a collection of vintage number plates.

Timothy Oulton’s Bluebird location was once the largest high performance motorcar garage in Europe, with the iconic Bluebird car used by Donald Campbell to break the land world speed record. The history of our flagship store, combined with our fascination with the daring angles of British heritage and design, link seamlessly with NVN’s attraction to the adventure of speed and design. It’s the perfect partnership to create London’s newest destination for supercar enthusiasts, which promises guests a visual and experiential treat.
