Case Goods
Incorporating the use of a varied selection of raw materials such as reclaimed timber, steel, and leather, the Case Goods collection encompasses a wide range of furniture including tables, cabinets, bookcases, and chairs. Collections such as Zazenne, Fridgey, and Raw Nero, are created from salvaged wood sourced from decommissioned warehouses, old rum distilleries, and even traditional Chinese doors, advocating Timothy Oulton’s mission towards ecological conservation and sustainability. Each piece is therefore unique and tells its own story. Leather upholstered pieces add a touch of softness and timelessness to the case goods range. The Brompton and Slab collections feature Timothy Oulton’s signature hand-treated leathers, echoing the designer’s dedication to luxury and fine craftsmanship. Steel finishes are available for many of the collections as well, with much of the design and construction inspired by historic military aircrafts, as seen through Spitfire and Black Hawk. Formed metal accents, as seen in the Zazenne and Raw Nero collections, inject each piece with a sleek, modern vibe, a sophisticated complement to any contemporary space. The case goods range reflects the brand’s traditionalist heritage through time-honoured craftsmanship, while designs are infused with influences from the early 20th century.
